Laura Sullivan is a three-time Emmy Award–winning creative leader with deep experience in entertainment, broadcast, experiential, and commercial production. With a background spanning both agency and vendor roles, she brings a unique perspective to delivering innovative work that pushes the boundaries of storytelling and technology.
She began her career in design at boutique agencies before moving into production leadership, managing global teams on live-action commercials and animation projects. Since 2017, Laura has been at the forefront of real-time and virtual production, using Unreal Engine and other emerging technologies to pioneer new approaches to content creation. Her work includes producing live mixed-reality experiences for every major U.S. broadcaster and leading real-time content production for three Super Bowls over the past five years.
Known for building and guiding high-performing teams, Laura specializes in managing complex productions and creating systems that streamline creativity at scale. She lives in Brooklyn and enjoys spilling her coffee in cities around the world.
