Where is NYU Tandon @ the Yard?
Tandon at the Yard is located in the Brooklyn Navy Yard, on the third floor of Building 22.
Brooklyn Navy Yard is a secured property that requires QR Code access to enter the grounds. These QRs change daily. QR codes to access frame:work:nyc will be sent out for each conference day at btw 5-7pm the evening prior.
QR Codes will only be sent to registered attendees of frame:work:nyc – this limits our capacity to accommodate last minute guests.
Present your QR Code at Security and walk to Building 22. QR scanners are on the sidewalks either side of the vehicle security kiosks as you walk past the street entrance.
Search your email for “Tandon NYU” or “notifications@proxyclick.com” if you can’t find your QR.
Arrival by car
The address for arrival by Taxi, Ride Share or GPS is 299 Sands St, Brooklyn, NY 11205. This address will bring you to the Navy Yard entrance closest to NYU Tandon @ the Yard. Drive through the gate and up to the security guard and they will let you through.
If you are planning on driving yourself, there is free parking in the Navy Yard; however, it is first come, first served.
Public Transit
The closest subway stations to Building 22 are the F train at York St and the A and C trains at High St – Brooklyn Bridge Station. You can walk (0.6 miles) from either station to Tandon at the Yard in roughly 10-15 minutes. The Q, R, and B trains also stop at DeKalb Station which is about a 20-minute walk (0.9 miles) from the Navy Yard.
There are also a few buses that run to our Navy Yard entrance. The B67, B62 and B69 all stop on the corner of Sands St and Navy St.
The NYC Ferry Astoria Route stops at Dock 72 in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Click here to see map and schedules.
The Brooklyn Navy Yard is bike friendly. There are bike lanes and bike racks for employees and registered visitors. Citi Bike stations are located both inside the Brooklyn Navy Yard and in the surrounding neighborhoods.

This is Perry Ave that will lead you to security gates.
Present QR code to security or at automated kiosk. Continue walking straight down Perry Ave to a slight left onto 3rd St.

One block down 3rd St you’ll see Building 22, which houses Tandon @ the Yard.
